[PLACEHOLDER: draft — legal review by the client before publication] · Last updated: [PLACEHOLDER: date]

Who is responsible for your data

The controller of personal data collected on this website is [PLACEHOLDER: legal entity name, registered address, PIB / MB], trading as Mamma Consulting (“we”, “us”).

For any question or request about your personal data, contact us at [PLACEHOLDER: e-mail for privacy requests].

What we collect

We only collect the data you choose to send us through the inquiry form:

  • your name and, if you provide them, your company and phone number;
  • your e-mail address;
  • details about your event or request: type, date or period, city or country, and your message.

When you send the form, our hosting provider also processes technical data needed to deliver the request, such as your IP address and the time of the request, in its server logs.

If you contact us directly by e-mail, phone, WhatsApp or Viber, we receive the data you share through that channel.

Why we use it

  • to reply to your inquiry and discuss your project;
  • to prepare a proposal at your request;
  • to protect the form against spam and abuse.

We process this data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering business inquiries. We do not use it for newsletters or marketing unless you separately agree, and we do not sell it.

Who receives it

Your inquiry is delivered to our team by e-mail. To run the website and deliver your message, we use:

  • website hosting: Vercel Inc. [PLACEHOLDER: confirm hosting provider and region after launch];
  • e-mail delivery: [PLACEHOLDER: e-mail delivery provider].

Some of these providers may process data outside Serbia and the European Economic Area. Where this happens, it is covered by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry data for [PLACEHOLDER: retention period agreed by the client], or longer if it becomes part of a contract and we are legally required to keep it. After that we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to:

  • tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • delete your data;
  • restrict or object to its processing.

To make a request, write to [PLACEHOLDER: e-mail for privacy requests]. We will reply without undue delay. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority — in Serbia, the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
